A little Heavy? TRI to lose the weight!!!!!!!
I am starting this blog as a sort of journal from chubbiness (I Hope ;-)
I am interested in triathalon training largely because I can follow some of the training methods, but still realize that according to the Body Mass Index I am OBESE?!? (For the record I think that the BMI is a stupid measure, I mean really should me at 6 foot with 52 inch shoulders really be put on the same scale as a 6 foot ballerina? Come on!!!)
For clarification sake I want to identify that I have never been what I would consider an athlete. I have always been a bit "fluffy" but neither have I never been able to look down and see my toes.
We will see if this eve sees the light of day, but it should be a good start to see where I am at and where I hopefully will go.
