The fall elections, where the true battle lies.

Greetings all,

I wanted to drop a quick thank you note to all who have assisted with the requests for removal of names from the recall petitions.

If these last few days have taught us anything, and this weekend especially, it is this effort is a tall order to fill, especially given the short timeframe. Even though the number is seemingly low and there have been some successes, we still have a high bar to cross. I must admit that I am amazed at how hard it is to find people at home this time of year. As we finish up this effort I just wanted to send a message out to let you know how much I appreciate all of your assistance. I hope that regardless of our success at getting the appropriate number of people to withdraw that I can count on your support through the recall, and most importantly through the Fall elections where the stakes really lay.
